SHIPPING POLICY

Obsidia offers complimentary standard U.S. shipping on orders of $150 or more. Shipping rates for orders under $150 are calculated at checkout.

PROCESSING

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information to follow your package. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Obsidia is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Obsidia is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and item.
