RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear and for hygiene purposes, all Obsidia swimwear purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, change of mind, or unwanted items.

Please review all product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue and make it right.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygienic liners intact.

Obsidia reserves the right to deny claims for items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or removal of the hygienic liner.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed for fulfillment.

Approved refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders will be issued to the original payment method.
